| Associate - Alyson EvansAlyson Evans is a Clinical Psychologist who completed her undergraduate training at the University of Wollongong in 1995. The majority of her experience has been acquired though her work in Community Health with both children and adults presenting with a broad range of problems/disorders. She has also worked in specialist areas including Child Protection, and more recently in the area of Alcohol and Other Drugs. Her areas of experience also include working with young people in juvenile detention, individuals with severe mental illness and those suffering chronic pain. Alyson completed her Clinical Masters degree in 2000 and joined Gymea Lily Psychotherapy Centre in May 2001 as a Clinical Psychologist. She is a member of the Australian Psychological Society and is an accredited counsellor with Victims of Crime. In addition to general counselling issues, at GLPC Alyson also works with clients of Employee Assistance Programs, individuals with Workers Compensation or medico-legal issues, and is able to provide psychometric assessments for children
