Appointments
We know that taking the first step to ask for help can be daunting and that the mental health care system can be difficult to navigate. To make the process a little less overwhelming we’ve outlined our intake procedure below. Our admin and intake teams are here to support you and answer any questions you may have along the way. You can find additional information about referrals, mental health care plans, private health insurance, Medicare rebates and more if you go to our FAQs page.
How to make an appointment
-
Call us on 02 9545 4772 or complete our online referral form. We will collect some details, your availability, and a brief overview of your needs to match you with the right psychologist. Through our website you can also upload referrals, Mental Health Care Plans, reports, or insurance claim approvals to help streamline the process.
-
Our intake psychologist will use the information you shared to match you with the most clinically appropriate psychologist. This is to help ensure that you receive care that is best suited to your specific needs. If we are unable to help, we’ll do our best to suggest alternative services. You can find more information about our team here.
-
Once you’ve been matched with a psychologist, we’ll help you schedule your initial appointment. You can choose between in-person, phone or video sessions, depending on what works best for you. We will try our best to answer any questions you may have and help you prepare for your first session.
