About

Sincere is a compassionate and thoughtful Clinical Psychologist who is deeply committed to helping people feel understood, respected, and supported—regardless of their background, identity, or life circumstances.

She works collaboratively with clients, drawing primarily from a psychodynamic framework to explore patterns, emotions, and personal insights. Sincere also integrates evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI), allowing her to tailor therapy to each individual’s needs and goals.

Sincere has experience across a range of settings, including school psychology, crisis support, and inpatient mental health services. She works with clients presenting with anxiety, depression, adjustment difficulties, borderline personality disorder, and complex trauma, and has a particular interest in supporting young adults navigating life transitions and identity development.

She holds degrees from the University of Sydney, Macquarie University, and the University of Wollongong, where she completed her clinical training. Sincere has been recognised for her academic excellence as a university medallist and recipient of multiple awards.

Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin, Sincere is able to offer therapy in multiple languages, supporting clients from diverse cultural backgrounds.

Sincere brings warmth, curiosity, and care to her work, creating a safe and inclusive space where clients can explore their experiences and work towards meaningful change.

Outside of her clinical work, she enjoys swimming, spending time with loved ones, and caring for her plants—adding another “green thumb” to the Gymea Lily team.
